Generally we recommend to bring a swimsuit to your contrast sessions. This allows you to go from sauna to cold plunge effectively.

If you are coming from a massage to a contrast suite, robes are provided to help you transition from room to room.

Memberships cannot be shared, however, we do offer a "Plus One" for $59/month which allows you to bring a guest to all sessions!

All of our memberships are good for daily 30 minute sessionsl - we recommend breaking this down to 19-22 minutes in the sauna followed by 1-5 minutes in the cold plunge.

1 hour of sauna and 10 minutes of cold plunge per week is generally recommended for optimal results and this equates to roughly 3 Contrast sessions.

Once your body adapts to the sessions, you have the freedom to come in more often, or give yourself an increased boost by adding more time to your session and a discounted membership rate.
